Pete Ehlke is a Principal Systems Engineer, at Pegasus Solutions - the world's largest provider of IT Services to the Hospitality Industry. In this video, Pete discusses the critical role of Splunk when they pioneered the first major redesign of the central reservation system (CRS) in more than twenty years. Its new application, called RezView® NG, was recently named one of the Top 100 IT projects by InfoWorld magazine, and its innovative deployment relied largely on Splunk.
